ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
CLIENT MANAGER
You will work very closely with our customers to determine project works and justify the projects. You will also drive solution sales to meet revenue targets as well as prospect, develop and recommend solutions to our customers. You will also need to work closely with our solution partners and product managers to provide solutions to these customers.

PRODUCT MANAGER (HP)
You will establish and maintain good relationship with HP related partners and vendors. You will develop and implement effective marketing and product strategies to achieve assigned product targets. You are also expected to provide product support to other sales personnel, and provide regular revenue forecast projection with supported activities to achieve the targets.

You should have a Diploma or Degree with at least 2 - 3 years experience in handling HP range of products including HP UNIX, HP/Compaq Wintel server and HP family of storage products. |

A good understanding of HP solutions and related product (including Microsoft, CA, Symantec Veritas, etc) licensing scheme and pricing structure is preferred. |
PRODUCT MANAGER (SECURITY SOLUTIONS)
You will take ownership to develop, create opportunities and closure for IT Service Management solutions business leveraging existing related sub-domains and competency within the organization. You will be reporting to the Vice President of Sales. You are responsible for leads generation, qualifying potential prospects and closing opportunities via face-to face meetings with potential customers from new and existing install base. You will champion products marketing programs and initiatives. You are expected to maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, generate quotations and provide regular updates to the sales managers.

You should have a degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Business Administration and at least 5 years of proven sales experience. |

You should have strong working knowledge of sales and prospecting methodologies. Sales experience in Security, Storage software and IBM software is advantageous. |
SALES MANAGER (MANAGED SERVICES)
You will work with the product and client managers to identify services opportunities and create marketing kits for the assigned industries and services focus. You will work very closely with the customer to understand their operating environment and help create services value for their organization. You will propose services solution and prepare sales proposals which include scope of work and deliverables based on customers’ requirements. You are required to work with vendors/contractors as well as internal pre-sales and post-sales consultants to manage and ensure high level of service quality and customer satisfaction. You also need to prepare internal costing table and manage cost by negotiating with suppliers and customers for service delivery pricing.

SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE)
You will work with the Sales team to provide Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, proof-of-concept and demo to our clients. You will assist the Sales team in BI project tenders. You will also handle BI Project management.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (SECURITY SOLUTIONS)
You will provide pre-sales support on security solutions and service offerings. You will be involved in technical presentations and proposals, as well as supporting the post-sales team in your area of expertise. You will also handle public presentations during seminars and events.

You should have a degree or diploma with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure related work, or minimum of one years’ experience in security related work. |

A CISSP certification is a pre-requisite. |
|
 |
A good understanding of UNIX, Windows, network technologies (routers and switches), and web and database applications (IIS, Apache, MS SQL) is critical. |
|
 |
Hands-on knowledge of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS, antivirus and scanners is preferred. |
|
 |
The ability to use shell scripts and regular expressions in development work will be advantageous. |

tECHNICAL consultant
You will provide pre-sales support to the sales and product teams. You will be involved in presentations and providing technical consultation and advice to customers.

You should have a degree or diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in a Wintel or UNIX pre-sales environment. |
|
Technology Integration Specialist (3 positions)
You will join a team of skilled specialists in providing technical post-sales implementation to support the sales and product teams and customers. This includes performing infrastructure requirement analysis and drafting technical infrastructure solution proposals. You will also undertake project implementation activities including hands-on implementation, project management, and troubleshooting and managing implementation issues.
Requirements:
You should have a degree or diploma in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience in a technical support role.

CONSULTANT (ERP – MANUFACTURING/DISTRIBUTION/FINANCIAL)
You will assist in conceptualizing the business benefits of our product and services to clients. You will analyze clients’ requirements, identify processes and business issues, as well as conduct user training. You will also assist and support the sales team in demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist to support the line of business unit’s goals through developing, executing & managing effective lead generation programs and marketing-related programs as well as coordinating joint marketing initiatives with principal and channel partners. You will also produce marketing collaterals & assist in copywriting; manage & update customer database and company website information.

You will man the reception desk, receive incoming calls and attend to visitors. You will handle courier and postage matters like sorting incoming and outgoing mail & couriers. You will also coordinate the purchase of stationery & pantry supplies as well as liaison with the building management on maintenance matters and handle other office admin duties as assigned.
