Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT with 3 years pre-sales experience in IBM Power and Storage systems.
- Possess IBM Power and Storage pre-sales certifications.
- Strong product knowledge in IBM AIX servers, storage, SAN, system backup, recovery solution and high availability solution design.
- Familiarity with running IBM e-configurator preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with people.
- Possess problem solving skills with a keen interest in continuous learning.
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales consultation for assigned account coverage and create new servers and software opportunities
- Ability to perform product’s sales and pre-sales functions on the assigned platforms
- Prior product sales experience in IBM System x, blade servers, AIX server, IBM storage, open systems and networking preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT with 2 years of relevant experience with proven track record in account management
- IT savvy and good knowledge of IBM products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Technology Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team on IBM Power and Storage Systems from capacity planning to configuration
- Good understanding of solutions selling to large enterprise customers.
- Analyze customers' business environment and develop best solution based on requirements and IT budget
Requirements:
- Degree in IT with 2 years of relevant experience in hardware server products in a pre-sales or post sales environment.
- Good system hardware server skills on UNIX servers and its related Storage, SAN, Backup, Middleware and High Availability Design in UNIX space
- Knowledge of Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
- Possess relevant IBM Certifications would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales target of IT software and services
- Cold calling to develop new contacts and maintain good relationship with existing customers
Requirements:

- Prior experience in cold calling to achieve sales target in IT software & services would be an advantage
- IT savvy and good knowledge of IBM products

Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned markets as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the set targets
- Increase product penetration and market share

Requirements:
- Degree in Business or IT with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in selling IT software/solutions
- Results-driven with proven sales track record and consistent quota achievement

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the pre-sales team and partners to provide a complete solution to customers.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in IT hardware and software with proven sales track records in handling corporate accounts for FSS, GLC or large enterprises.

Senior/Technical Specialist (Job Code: M02)
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support from pre-sales solutioning to post-sales technical support for server and storage systems as well as Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
- Perform IBM System x and Blade servers, SAN & storage installation & implementation.
- Provide 24 x 7 operational support onsite when need arises.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT with 3 years of relevant experience in related IT server and storage systems pre-sales & post-sales environment.
- Good server and storage systems & Microsoft technical skill set.
- Knowledge of back-up solutions, databases or virtualization would be an added advantage.
- Provide Level 2 or 3 hotline support.
- Possess excellent customer support, communications and documentation skills.
- Willing to travel overseas as required.
Project Manager (Job Code: M03)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects to ensure deliverables are within scope, on budget and schedule.
- Undertake planning, management and completion of Bid and Tender submission.
- Provide regular project status update and ensure the overall quality and management of projects.
- Gather business users requirements and manage vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent with 3 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience in managing large / medium-sized IT project implementation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL certification is preferred.
- Good experience in project evaluation, implementation and multi-vendor project.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and budget.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
