Oracle Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and implementation support for Oracle Database (Standard & Enterprise edition), Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), DataGuard, Data Vault, Audit Vault and other Oracle core-technology products
• Handle database administration, fault diagnosis and corrections, database performance and tuning, and new database builds
• Perform major high-profile deployments and upgrades, monitor performance of major system components on a real-time and historical basis
• Resolve major problems including vendor escalation when appropriate
• Use advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related problems, as well as identify the business impact of failure and the criticality and timing of the required resolutions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, migrating and supporting Oracle Core Tech Applications
• Oracle Certified Administrator (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is preferred
• Expert in Oracle performance tuning, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and DataGuard
• Able to work independently, proactive and a good team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technology Integration Specialists (IBM AIX/UNIX)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical post-sales implementation to the various sales teams and our customers, which includes delivering presentations, conducting infrastructure requirement analysis, drafting technical infrastructure solution proposals and providing advisory consultation to customers

• Undertake and manage project implementation activities, which includes hands-on implementation, project management, troubleshooting implementation issues, project and implementation issues management

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in technical support role
• Knowledge of DB2, Oracles is advantageous
• Strong Network knowledge is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft solutions, Citrix solutions will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and strong analytical, problem solving skills with service oriented attitude

Software Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned market segments, develop and implement sales strategies to meet the set targets
• Increase product penetration and market share
• Build, manage, and maintain good business relationship with the customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 2 - 4 years relevant experience in selling IT software/solutions
• Candidates with background from one of the leading IT companies is highly preferred  
• Track record of consistent quota achievement and must be results-driven
• Product knowledge on Oracle/IBM would be an advantage
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Solution Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a lead role in the pre-sale and post-sale of application and integration solutions and responsible for engaging customers and prospects with solution design in line with business requirements
• Interpret business and technical requirements and translate them into solution and integration architecture designs that support new or existing deal
• Develop robust, scalable and extensible solution designs that support the requirements of the customer, in both short and long term, within a complex information exchange environment
• Conduct technical and architectural reviews and assessments of solution designs
• Support project and implementation planning activities
• Guide and assist technical resources during development and implementation phases of work
• Support activities that contribute to the development of the overall enterprise architecture     

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
